Put up my newest shoot featuring theme Gypsy Soul.

The two of us have been in contact planning and rescheduling the shoot for a few weeks now, and FINALLY had an open spot sunday evening to get our butts out to my new *secret* favorite place to shoot. (shh kathryn don’t tell anyone)

Anyway, as I am sure you can gather by my theme that I really wanted to convey a gypsy, as real as it gets though. I didn’t want to find a model and create a shoot, this time I decided to think of somebody unique to me and capture them in their essence. Enter Ms. Kathryn Neeb. A beautiful, young & carefree spirit. Ran away to Thailand with her boyfriend (much like a gypsy would), and she’s as real it gets with a genuine and loving personality. I could only direct her in terms of lighting and where to pose, but from there on she rocked the shoot, basically made this shoot her bitch! It was so much fun, so laid-back & we both just had a blast, laughing and shooting!

I must say, I felt a bit of a gypsy inside me wishing to break free from so much that confines me into what’s expected. However, I must admit, some of us have it & some of us don’t. Embrace who you are and love the person you are, and maybe some day I’ll capture you too :)
